Minimum Conditions for Sale
1. We do not sell breeding rights, any kitten purchased will have to be spayed or neutered. The purchaser will need to make sure their kitten is either spayed or neutered between four and seven months of age. I will provide the purchaser with proof the litter has been registered at purchase; however, I will not provide the registration certificate until the purchaser has provided proof from a veterinarian showing the kitten has been altered. 2. Purchaser agrees kitten or cat will primarily remain uncaged, except during temporary periods such as: introducing the kitten to the new home and other pets, during illnesses, transportation, or altering of the pet. If they are to go outside, they should be on a harness or in a cat enclosure. In addition, the purchaser agrees the cat or kitten will not be allowed to roam alone unsupervised outdoors. Harness walking is acceptable. Allowing the cat or kitten to freely roam outside, nullifies the health guarantee as it increases their exposure to disease. 3. Purchaser agrees they will not have the kitten/cat ever declawed, amputate the pet’s nails, or sever tendons and bones unless a veterinarian finds it to be medically necessary. 4. Purchaser agrees to provide kitten/cat with proper nutritional food, veterinarian care, vaccines, and loving companionship. Purchaser agrees to provide a loving and supportive home to their cat. 5. We do not use third-party carrier services to transport our kittens. If you would like to meet at an agreeable location, we are open to discussions. However, additional charges may apply for delivery.
6. All kittens will be up to date on their vaccinations. Kittens will come with a health certificate issued by a veterinarian. Kittens will be well socialized.
